Expected 6% Hike DA Orders from Railway Board

All Railway Employees are expecting orders from Railway Board regarding the 6% increase in Dearness Allowance with effect from 1.1.2015.

We are all aware, the Union Cabinet Committee gave its approval on hike in DA/DR of 6% from 1st Jan 2015. The formal orders will be issued by the Finance Ministry soon. After getting the orders, Departments will issue the arrear payment of enhanced DA to its employees. 

As in the senrio, all Railway employees and pensioners are eagerly waiting for the same order issuance from Railway Board. The current DA is 107% and it will become 113% from 1.1.2015. The arrears of three months from Jan to March will be paid within this month.
